Product Description
The New York Times bestselling kitty boy blasts off into another hilarious adventure.

Buckle up, amigos— everyone’s favorite kitty boy is about to lift off. You’ll want to be there when the brave Skippito gets lost in spice!

That’s right, spice. Skippy knows— from his big ears to his toes—that the planet Mars is red because it’s covered in spicy red pepper. To prove it, he’s off on a space jaunt replete with craters, crazies, and creatures from Mars. His new adventure is packed with witty wordplay, Spanish phrases, and Judy Schachner’s trademark hilarity. This rollicking romp is simply out of this world.

4 out of 5 stars Skippyjon Jones, Lost in Spice   November 20, 2009

An entertaining addition to Skippyjon's imagination. Maybe not quite as good as the original.

5 out of 5 stars Another favorite   November 19, 2009

Another fun Skippy Jon Jones book. With characters like "Uno Ojo" the kids (aged 5 and 8) and I liked this one a bit better than some of the other recent sequels. When read aloud (which is when it's at its best), it should be read with "gusto" to make it more of the Skippy Jon Jones experience.

Schachner has done it again! Just when I thought Skippyjon had done it all, she comes up with something else in the kitty boy's fantastic closet. This one is just as frenetic as Dog House and just as fun as Big Bones. This is more Skippyjon at his best. Love this imaginative kitty!

5 out of 5 stars very cute book!   November 8, 2009

This latest 'Skippyjon' book was NOT a disappointment. It is just as cute as all the others!

2 out of 5 stars Silly silly blah book   October 30, 2009

I read others reviews and thought that the book sounded fun for my 4 year old granddaughters. Maybe they will like it, but it just seemed silly to me without being funny.
