My 1.5 year old son can tell you the name of every truck in this book. The reason: He has read it every day for a year. It is tattered and so loved.

My grandson just turned three and loves this book. It is very sturdy and easy for small hands to turn the pages.

My son is obsessed with all things transportation and while purchasing another title this one was suggested. Being a board book, it is a lot more sturdy than other books and it is colorful and simple in terms of text. Some folks were less than pleased about the correctness of the names of vehicles, but my son does not care and neither do I.
