Very Informative and Interesting November 24, 2009 M. Brecht (LAS VEGAS, NEVADA) Im shocked there is not a load of negative reviews for this book. For, the fact that it happens to be written threw the eyes of Curtis Jackson alias 50 Cent by author Robert Greene. Probably the people who think so negative and give his albums 1 star reviews probably do not read anyways. "The 50th Law" I am in the process of reading at the moment happens to be a great informative novel. Explaining in numberous chapters different aspects and processes of business and day to day life opportunities. Advise readers on being a opportunist and grabbing challenges by the horns and not showing fear. Only making you stronger reguardless of the outcome you learn more than just staying neutral. How people think and react to situations. How to counteract curtain peoples intentions. No doubt this book I will read again after I complete it. Very informative and interesting to read how these two successful men think and hold nothing back for there readers.
Everything is in a state of flux; nothing is permanent November 22, 2009 Jorge Barba (San Diego, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I own all previous Robert Greene books and while the 50th Law isn't like the previous ones as far as wide angles, it does have the depth you expect. It's not a how to manual but more of a new mindset manual, it takes all of concepts from the other 3 books and syntethizes them into 10 chapters or keys to cultivating fearlessness.
The biggest takeaway you will take from this book is that nothing is ever the same, you should expect the unexpected without fear and learn to mold your mind to adapt to any situation that presents itself.
Fear nothing.
50 Cent for the win!!!! November 22, 2009 Trent Rock (Goleta, CA (The 805)) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I really liked this book...It is 50% 50 Cent biography and 50% Robert Greene..If you like all the other Robert Greene books..You will like this one.... Same formula....Present a "law" and back it up with historical examples...It has a definite Machiavellianism feel to it...And..let's face it 50 Cent's story is pretty interesting too!!! If you like Fiddy and Robert Greene..Well..This is THE book for you...They "bible" look of the hardcover version is SWEET!!!!! Would make a great gift....
