5 out of 5 stars Really fun for my 4 month old since he was 2 months old   September 30, 2008
My son likes playing with this cube in the car and probably will continue playing with it gleefully as he gets older (he is 4 months old, bought this when he was 2 months old). I purchased this as a portable mirror with bonus when my son was first discovering how fun mirrors can be. Since there are way more things on this cube than just the mirror, it has been a bonus toy in the car. Definitely recommend.

3 out of 5 stars cube toy   August 24, 2008
This is a cute toy, but I'm a bit disappointed in the "interactiveness" of it. Granted, it is called a "clutch cube" because that's about all you can do with it --clutch it. I had mistakenly thought this was a cube that I saw on line made by Zolo toys. The Zolo toy cube has "lift up tabs" on EVERY FACE of the cube with interactive things, such a streamers, squeakers, pull things, mirrors, etc.... You should NOT get this toy if you are looking for an interactive toy. Instead, get the one by Zolo Toys. I thought every face of this cube had a "hidden thing" underneath, but it's only one side -- the mirror side. If you notice, that's the side that is advertised in the picture. Don't let it fool you -- that's just about it with the flaps. If your kid loves to "clutch things" then this is a good cube... but if your kid loves to actually interact with a toy, then this is not the toy for you.

5 out of 5 stars The best baby toy   August 22, 2008
There are so many handles on this toy that even young babies just learning to grasp can find something to catch onto. The loops and handles are what make this toy the best - it is the least likely of our baby toys to be dropped, and there are plenty of things to teeth on (the favorites for chewing on are the two rings and the white plastic "hook"). The only drawback is that it is not one of the machine washable toys I am so fond of! I had a similar cube toy for my older daughter that I had to throw away because there is only so much spit you can handwash off.

3 out of 5 stars sort of interesting.   August 19, 2008
This cube is okay. Occasionally my son will play with it, but mostly he just likes to throw it. It might be a good toy to hang from a car seat handle. As a gift, it's okay but I wouldn't spend my own money on it. Not worth it.

5 out of 5 stars Adding to the string of positive comments   July 31, 2008
I echo the other reviewers. My son is approximately five months old. Between the cube and the "Freddie the Firefly" Lamaze toy, my son is entertained. He enjoys the crinkle of the fabric and just holding the toys in general. I would recommend the cube to any parent looking for a soft toy for their young child. The loops are an added bonus for when the child enters the "grabby" stage.
