Sons like it July 24, 2008 My son always wanted to play with a tape measure, but since they are sharp on the edges, it wasn't safe. I got this for him so that he would have his own. He likes it well, and it works fine. It is large, and you have to crank it to rewind the tape, which is not much like a real one. But he likes the toy, so for the price it was a good purchase.
Good toy July 11, 2008 My two year old son loves tape measures so I bought this for him. He loves to play with it. It is still a little hard for him to wind and unwind, but it will be easier as he gets a little older. Overall, this is a good toy.
Tape Measure February 29, 2008 This toy is a winner in my daycare. The children love pulling out the tape and reeling it back in. Also pretend to measure objects. They can learn numbers in a fun way. They play with it for long periods of time. Great toy for your child or bought as a gift.
Fun measuring tool for small hands January 16, 2008 My 2.5 yr old got this for Christmas. He was always trying to use Daddy's metal one, so this one is a great substitute. It is easy for small hands to use. He really enjoys it.
Hard to use for little hands December 27, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I purchased this tape measure for my 2 year old. I was very disappointed! The only thing that is stopping me from returning it is the hassle of shipping it back. It is very difficult to turn the handle, I even had a hard time with it. Keep your money!
