I bought this for my son, who was just getting interested in playing Yu-Gi-Oh! When tit arrived, I opened it up and sorted the cards to see what kind of a deal it was. This is where the review gets difficult, because it was at the same time a very positive and negative at the same time.
First the good news: When they say it contains over 100 cards, I was thinking 105-110. The bag had just under 500 cards in it! There was an interesting assortment of the good, the bad, and the ugly in there. Some very powerful, albeit old, cards as well as some pretty useless filler. Overall, it was a treasure trove for a new player, and he spent many the happy hour sorting and resorting them in various ways.
The bad part: Like the yin and the yang, there is always another side to things, whether good or bad. While the bag contained MANY cards, Far more than the advertised "over 100", there were a lot of repeats. When I say a lot, there was more than one card with over 30 identical copies in the pile. I think one had 56.
Still, there were over 100 different cards. And even if there was only one of each, it still would have exceeded the advertised contents. It was a very good deal, and all the spares give him stuff to sweeten trades with and/or give to others as rewards or to get them interested/started in the game. I give it a thumbs up, and my son gives it three, making it a total of four.

I did get a pretty rare card called jinzo which i wasn't expecting to get, but it did come with a lot of repeats, still worth the money though

I got 2 sets (more than 200 cards!!) from Gamingetc and the variety is awesome!! This was a lot better than I expected! I initially ordered a set (100 cards) from ABCToy4Me but it was a disappointment. There were lots of duplicates/triplicates/quadplicates/etc. The cards from Gamingetc have a great variety and even has more than 100 cards for each set. THANKS Gamingetc! YOU ROCK!

The cards were in excellent condition. Great value for the money. My 2 sons loved them for christmas. Fast delievery.

The rare cards aren't really rare. They just have a little holographics on the card name. I don't think they are powerful enough to be called rare.
