We bought this for my 16 month old because he likes crawling through tunnels. We did a lot of research and thought that this was the best to get because of cost and diameter of the tube itself. Most are 18-19" and this one is 24" so easier to crawl and would last longer.
The part I don't like about it (as I crawled through it as well!) is that the wires to hold the tunnel up are very thin round steel that don't have any padding over them so if you hit it just right with your knee it's painful!
This tunnel is very cute, and once again, I thought it was the best value. But after receiving it and playing with it, it's not something I'd recommend. It's just too painful with those wires and if it hurt ME, I'm sure my son wasn't happy with it either! He used it for about a week or so and then stopped.

This is a great toy for imagination and active fun. A simple concept, without bells and whistles, yet it enables a child to dream. The tunnel can be a link to a 'dining room ' fort or merely a fun place to crawl. It stores easily and opens quickly.
