My son received this product for Christmas and it didn't work. We tried calling the manufacturer's help number, but they only offered pre-recorded help and referred you to their website. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a website for TNT Ric. We did end up exchanging it at a Discovery Channel store for another one and it works great. It easily does the stunts shown on the box. I'm now ordering one for my nephew but will tell his mom to exchange it if there are any problems.

My seven-year-old received this car for Christmas from Santa. One of the front bumpers broke off the first day. Within a week the remote control was broken & the car can't go far from the remote.
