This is a great toy for babies and toddlers. My one-year-old and two-year-old both enjoy taking the people in and out of the plane and rolling the plane around. All of the Chubbies vehicles roll extremely well, and this one is no exception. You an roll the plane flat or in a "take-off" position. Also, the people include two boys & a girl, so a girl or boy can be the pilot, which is nice. The propellors also turn if the plane goes fast enough; another cool feature. Finally, you can put a string on this and make it a pull toy for little kids that can't yet push & roll the plane.
