Very bad service. We waited and waited. We haven't received the product as of 1/26/09!!! We sent email on 1/16/09 and 1/23/09, no response!!

Not only huggably soft and lovable, but comes with a code to enter the wonderful online world of Webkinz and create a pet; play fun and educational games to earn points to feed and stylishly clothe and accessorize your beloved pet, as well as furnish its cozy, ultramodern home. Too many and diverse games to grow bored anytime soon!

she collects webkinz. they're cute and cuddly. she likes the webkinz website, kind of a kid's intro to a virtual reality game. well, i like them a whole lot better than barbie dolls. thank god she's been through the barbie phase already.

I have to ask my 10-year-old cousin what she wants for each birthday, then I usually head for my computer to see if I can order it from Amazon. This Webkinz was one of two she was missing from her vast collection. I ordered it on Wednesday evening, and it arrived in time for her birthday party on Saturday. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service, and she was delighted with being able to complete her collection.
