A Big Roar for T-Rex! August 31, 2009 C. Gruver (TX USA) My four-year-old son is dinosaur-crazy, so when we decided to buy the Tag system for him and his older sister, this book was a no-brainer. It is funny and sweet -- not a bit scary. Both my son and my six-year-old daughter enjoy it. I would definitely purchase it again.
That being said, it has less of the 'magic' that the Ben 10 and the pirate tag books have. There are fewer pictures to click on, and therefore it is less interactive.

A relatively new device, embraced by my (grandchildren) 4 year old twins. It is a parallel to their LeapFrog toys. A definite vocabulary and skill builder.
for my grandson April 16, 2009 Mary Bowling (HAWAII) I ORDERED THIS FOR MY 4 YEAR OLD GRANDSON AND HE SEEMS TO LIKE IT. I A HOPING THEY WILL CONTINUE TO USE THE PEN AND NOT JUST READ THE BOOKS, WHICH HE ALSO LOVES.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT IF THE PARENT IS GOING TO SPEND TIME SHOWING HIM HOW TO USE IT.
Tag books are great! April 4, 2009 Alice Hurley (Kingsland, GA United States) I actually bought the Tag Reader for my 2 1/2 year old grandson for Christmas. He already loves to have books read to him and I wanted to continue that fascination. Of course his 6 year old sister loves the system also, so I had to get her her very own reader and case. Love the books. Need more. They are good for the younger and the older one. He learns the sounds and words and things and she can play the games at the different levels.
Good alternative to cartoons and princesses January 31, 2009 M. Hertzler (East Coast USA) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I was excited to find this on sale at a local store. I brought it home for my 5 yr old daughter who loves it. Her 2 yr old brother likes to play with the book as well.
Dinosaurs are great for this age but most of all, they are better than Spongebob, Dora, Princesses and the like.
