Good Buy! August 6, 2009 Regina Cumberbatch (Bridgetown, Barbados) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought the VTech lap top for my 3 yr old and she refuses to put it down. The graphics need updating as I bought one similar 10 years ago for my son and not much has changed. All in all it is a great educational toy for kids and they can spend countless hours doing all the exercises.
Fun Laptop Toy August 3, 2009 Nancy E. Nichols (Dewey, Ok, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this for my niece's little girls. They loved playing with it. Ages Four and Three. Great for keeping their attention. The three year old didn't quite get the hang of it, but it had enough bells and whistles on it to keep her intertained.
A waste of $$ for the younger ones July 23, 2009 M. Cabrera 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
My daughter received this for her 2nd birthday and it was too complicated for her to use so she put it down and didn't touch it again until she was 3. Now that she is 3 she knows her ABCs and numbers but still can't navigate this computer. She likes to turn it on and listen to it pronounce the letters but that's about it. Also if you turn it on it continues to play annoying music until you turn it off again!! I think this might be fun for an older child but definately not for younger children. Perhaps it should be for 4-6 year olds. Anything younger than that seems like a waste to me.
Great teaching tool July 11, 2009 Noga Rosenthal (New York, New York) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Great teaching tool. It's a wonderful way to teach a 20 month old and up how to recognize letters and numbers. This computer has other games that will last up till age 5 at least. Also a good computer if your child always wants to play on your computer. Graphics are not that great but it's wonderful for this price. - Noga Rosenthal
