This toy was a Xmas present for my grandson & it really helped him to learn to walk & so much more. He's almost 2yo & still uses the toy. And he has been really tough on this toy & it is very durable. I am very happy with this purchase & most definitely recommend to others!

Sent to my Grandson....he is too young to ride unassisted but he loves it and I'm sure when he is bigger he will run the roads with his new truck.

My son is just about 3 and has put Mater through its paces for about a year. Amazingly, he still loves this toy and rides it daily. We eventually took the batteries out because it is fairly loud (and Mater occasionally talks in his sleep...while we're asleep, lol). Also, it has a hidden compartment under the seat...which is where the TV remote turns up. This truck is really sturdy, built well and easy for kids to ride (quickly). For the money, you won't be disappointed with Mater and would be hard-pressed to find a ride-on that does this much for the money.

I spent hours looking at all of the ride ons. This one seemed to be the most durable and user-friendly. At under $40, also affordable. I bought this for my 3rd sons first b-day. I know what boys use and what ends up at the garage sale. He loves opening up the middle and watching the moving eyes. I think this ones a keeper! I took my 6 & 8 year olds with me, and they thought this ride on was the coolest. (Little Einsteins was my 2nd choice).
