Product Description Preschoolers will learn their very first shapes with this bright, bold puzzle. Extra-large knobs make it easy for small hands to remove each brightly colored piece. Pull out the pieces to reveal matching full-color pictures underneath. This super-sized, solid-wood puzzle with extra-chunky 1/2" thick pieces is the perfect first puzzle. Measures 12.5" x 12.5" x 1.7".

Great Puzzle! July 28, 2008 I got this for my son when he was 10 mos. old. He loved it right from the beginning. Now at 11 mos., he can fit all the pieces in and knows where each one goes. It's held up to lots of chewing and is still in great shape. I'll definitely be getting more of these puzzles.
Great toy June 11, 2008 I am a big fan of Melissa and Doug puzzles. My daughter is 14 months and this is a perfect toy for her. Puzzles are great toys to encourage problem solving skills and Melissa and Doug craft puzzles that will endure the test of time with toddlers. Two thumbs up!
Great 1st Puzzle! April 29, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This puzzle is great for little ones. Once they have mastered the puzzle placement, you can then work on puzzles and shapes. Be careful with babies putting the pieces in their mouth, the paint chips.
Great for little hands April 15, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We received this puzzle for our son's first birthday and he loves it. First he could just do the round piece, but now at 18 months he can do the whole puzzle. The large wooden knobs are securely attached and great for chewing. The colors are still bright and not peeling. We have since given this puzzle as a gift for two other one year olds, and have received rave reviews.
Wooden Puzzle with knobs March 11, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This puzzle is very well made, sturdy and colorful. My 12 month old granddaughter loves it. The knobs on each piece make it very easy for her to play with the pieces. This toy is one of her favorites.
