Better than Walmart March 10, 2010 Norman Cochrane (Salem, Or) After trying and returning everything Walmart had to offer I purchased this scale online. It does everything it's suppose to. The best thing I found is that the automatic shut off is four minutes long, not 30 seconds like the others I tried.
Digital Food Scale with fare March 9, 2010 W. Wagner Love this item. It has a fare feature so I can use one bowl and continue to measure each ingredient and use fare or back to zero and continue.
Excellent value for the money March 1, 2010 Mark D. Schnittman (Rocky Point, NY USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
There are many electronic scales on the market for use in the kitchen, but most are overpriced, limited in weighing capacity, and limited in features. This scale isn't the fanciest, but it doesn't cost the most, it has an 11 lb capacity, it remembers your display settings from one use to the next, and it takes standard batteries which don't cost and arm and a leg. Highly recommended.
I'm very happy with this product February 22, 2010 D. Guerra (Milford, OH United States) This scale is easy to use and doesn't take up a lot of space. The only drawback is if you measure onto a plate or bowl, it covers the display (the reason I didn't give it 5 stars.) Given the price, I can live with that.
Digital Food Scale February 21, 2010 L. Henry This has been a great kitchen tool to help with counting calories & keeping up with proper portion sizes. It's lightweight & easy to use.
