Customer Reviews:
4 out of 5 stars Good for practicing Spanish   October 22, 2009
Julia Tulloch (Maryland)
I bought this so that we could play it to practice our Spanish. We may have well as bought the English version because it is exactly the same except that the characters have Spanish names. We like it though - we change the rules to make it a little harder and to force each other to use different words, hence increasing our vocabulary.

4 out of 5 stars Great way for young children to learn Spanish   January 13, 2009

Young children have no problem learning to use some simple Spanish phrases describing the characters on the cards. And they get to use the same phases often enough it starts to seem natural.

Guess Who? Game (Spanish Version)
I teach high school Spanish. I use this game (among others) with my students on periodic "game days." High schoolers LOVE to play games, especially ones that look like "kid games." This is a super game for reinforcing descriptive vocabulary. For example, "¿Está llevando un sombrero?" ("Is he/she wearing a hat?") My students LOVE this game! I'm buying more of these games, so more people can play it at the same time.

5 out of 5 stars Learning Spanish Fun!   July 6, 2007

Great practice for putting together a question and understanding the answer. This game is great listening and speaking Spanish. The verbs ser, estar, llevar, and tener are easy to put into use. Also descriptor words, i.e. rubio/a, moreno/a, lleva lentes?, es mujer/hombre? etc, are excellent. All students, 12 years old and up, loved playing!
