5 out of 5 stars Great fun   November 21, 2009
A. Dell (Alaska)
Wedgits are a great family toy. Plus they added the words octahedron and rhombus to my two-year-old's vocabulary! The sides did get a little worn after a year or so, so they only get 4 stars for durability, but otherwise a great toy.

5 out of 5 stars Widgets Review   October 5, 2009
Barbara Bennett
We gave the toy to my eight year old grandson for his birtdayand both he and his eleer year old brother fought over who would play with it the most. It is not a toy that either one can tire of easily and we bought it because our 8-year old has spacial relationship problems. He had to work at figuring out how to complete the designs but he did not lose patience and loved the challenge. Over all, money well spent. B. Bennett

5 out of 5 stars Easy for all ages to build   July 9, 2009

We got these as a gift when my daughter was two, and they were the only blocks she enjoyed playing with, because they didn't fall over easily. Two years later, she still enjoys playing with these, as do the bigger kids (and adults) who have played with them at our house. We had to put aside the small pieces when she was little, but have brought them back into the mix.

5 out of 5 stars What a learning treasure!!   March 24, 2009

Every mom wishes for a "toy" that teaches under the guise of so much entertainment that the child is completely unaware how much they grow from playing with it!! This is the toy!! Where do I start...from color recognition in the youngest of players to spacial recognition (what shapes fit where and how to balance them). When I gave this set to my daughter at her 5 year birthday party, I had to stop my freshman aged nephew from swiping all the blocks from the younger kids - proof, I'd wager that this toy is truly fun for kids ages 3 to 103.

5 out of 5 stars Endless Designs   March 4, 2009
Natasha Bevans (Chicago, IL)
My 5 year old has never liked building toys of any sort (legos, knex, kapla blocks, etc). So I was a little surprised when he came home asking me to buy Wedgits. He played with them at his Montessori school and loved them so much that he wanted them home too. I was a little hesitant at first, so I just purchased the 30 piece set and the green board sold separately, just as a trial. He builds fun, creative, and challenging designs everyday now. I went ahead and purchased the bigger explorer set for his bday.
