Editorial Review
Two by two, the pandas, giraffes, elephants, lions, foxes, monkeys, and zebras ride on Noah's Ark. This 12-inch-long wooden puzzle poses just the right degree of challenge to toddlers and preschoolers. Each of its 12 pieces has its own fingertip-grasp knob, but there aren't any pictures under the pieces. And it's tricky, because one of the raccoons shares a piece with one of the giraffes. Young kids will get a feeling of satisfaction from finding the right places for the pieces. --Rebecca Hughes

5 out of 5 stars Noah's Ark, Small World Toys Puzzle   August 5, 2000

My 2 year old loves this puzzle! He was bored with simple knob puzzles but was frustrated with interlocking pieces of other puzzles not made for little hands. I want more like this! It is even very durable. A pail of water was dumped on it and after it dried it was fine. I thought the pictures would peel off or be damaged. The little knobs on it seem really strong and safe. Smaller children have played with it and it surivived.

5 out of 5 stars Finally! A puzzle to bridge the gap between pegs and jigsaw   December 4, 1999

It's so hard to find a puzzle that is more challenging than the wooden puzzles with the pegs (where objects are lined up in rows), yet not as difficult as the jigsaw puzzles with 24 or more pieces. This puzzle bridges that gap! Our daughter loves it! I only wish I could find more like it.
