Good product, HORRIBLE Quality Print output November 21, 2009

I bought this program to do simple cards that print out nicely. The program itself is really nice and works well, however, I've noticed that the quality of the graphics and ultimately the print is horrible and sub-standard. There was nothing wrong with my printer and I set all the settings to the highest quality also installed the new print driver. Turns out it's not my hardware at all..it's the software. Printed text is not smooth, but blurry and not crisp. Photos look pix-elated. Just not good. I just bought the Hallmark Card Studio 2010 and the prints are GREAT! Not as many features as the Card Factory, but who cares if the end result is poor. My 2 cents.
