Purchased Rose EPS Vector Sign Clipart Roses via CD delivery.Approximately $AU80.00. The CD was received in a damaged state. No fault of Cutready, I advised Cutready and sent the CD back. I was then given a link to download from. A couple of hundred Megabytes!!!. This was a bad link and did not work. So after all this I said to forget about it. This is the third stuffup by the yanks in the last twelve months. RoboForm, sold me 2 copies (don't know why 2!) and I did not want either of them as they are locked to the Internet. Spysweeper, ordered V.6.1 and they sent me another version 5. I could not even contact them till another person found a link, but they never replied. No one can afford these sort of RORTS!
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to express myself. I hope you publish this.
I will no longer deal with the USA (like a lot of others now)
