| Customer Reviews: If only the graphics weren't so cheesy... May 26, 2009 The adventures in this game are somewhat fun to play and make (if you use the parent/teacher version; if you don't, you basically have no options for customization). The math is fun to do, without being too easy. If only the graphics weren't so cheesy...
They hardly look like something you would see in an 8th-grade computer game. More like 2nd-grade. This may seem like a petty, minor concern. It is not. No 13-14 year old will want to have to associate with these extremely tacky, childish graphics, much less have someone see over their shoulder. Really- they are an enormous turn-off; if it weren't for the graphics, I would probably have given this game a 4. If only there weren't so many cutesy kids and animals, and fewer ridiculous colors (especially that hideous shade of purple~ yuk). Just take a look at the screenshots on the website, and maybe you'll get an idea of what I mean.
Think twice before buying this game.
