one game makes getting all 3 worth it November 22, 2009 Jennifer Mattes out of the 3 games in the pack Island Odyssey, Logical Journey, Mountain Rescue, there was only one that i enjoy.
Zoombinis Logical Journey:
Absolutely amazing! With levels that scale in difficulty as you play it becomes challenging but never impossible.
With great replay-ability i would say that you are never too old to enjoy this game
The other 2, Island Odyssey & Mountain Rescue did not hold my attention.
Not what I expected and broken! October 17, 2009 Sam Lantinga The "3 pack" is just all three games shipped, not a pack of any kind. One was a DVD form factor, one was a CD case, and one was in a sleeve.
The first one, the logical adventures, crashed on Mac OS X and Vista. The second one, the island adventures, crashed on Mac OS X, but I was able to get it to run on Vista. It's pretty fun!
I wouldn't recommend getting this product, just get Island Adventures by itself.
Old version of software June 7, 2009 cash (california) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this for my daughter since she play this game at her school and she loves it. This version is from 10 years ago, made for win98. However, it seems to work fine on her Compaq win XP laptop. She loves it. I will probably need to find the latest version and buy it for her. Games have really changed in the past 10 years.
ycats May 7, 2009 Stacy A. May (Las Vegas,Nv.) I bought this product for my son, he has been glued to the computer for days and does not want to stop playing....so nice to find a game that can entertain him while teaching him. It was nice to find a game he likes that isn't violent.
Don't buy. seems like so much fun but too bad we'll never know May 6, 2009 bummed out Mom (New York, NY) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Like some of the other reviewers had similar problems no matter what computer we tried to use it on. My 6 year old son caught a glimpse of a few screens and was really getting into playing but then we would have to reboot the whole computer. I wasn't going to reconfigure my whole operating system just to play the game. Can we get a refund?
