OK, but not great May 2, 2008 Adrienne Van Voorhees (Worcester, MA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Just an OK product. Would like to be able to use the Tab key to move around. Sometimes it won't accept the correct letter. Would like it to give the corresponding clue for the across or down function when you're in that grid, but instead you have to scroll up or down the lists. Would also like to it be availabe for a full screen view. Not worth the money as far as I'm concerned.
Oldie but a Goodie September 26, 2007 Douglas R. Crew (South Carolina) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Like the game, too bad it is only for Mac OS classic. Would really like to see it on OS X.
Difficult one March 29, 2007 Sharon K. Bush (St. Louis Mo) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
It isn't quite what I expected. It is hard to see the letters and answers on the screen and it will not enlarge on the screen. There are a lot of tough ones. You can go across very easy but going down you have to click twice or more times to go down. The letters aren't very clear. It hard to tell a "Y from a "V". I do not recommend this product as fun. It highly priced for the enjoyment and relaxation you get from it.
Pretty good... January 7, 2007 Lew Wright (Los Angeles, CA) An average version of crossword software. Nice for portability, but there are equally challenging games online.

This is just the right kind of stuff for old geezers to keep their brain cells from atrophying. I'm in my 81st year of life. Working crossword puzzles is part of my personal anti-Alzheimers project. The fact that I can get hard copies of the puzzles is also a plus.
