Wow! This book is one that should be a must read for anyone willing to take their company's P&L to the next level. The author makes a clear case for the need to change "the way things are done around here". Not only is the case made, but Frontline Profit Machine shows how to influence others in your business to see that there is no growth without change. To take it a step further, Ziad Khoury shows you how to not only improve but to reach your company's true potential (there is a huge difference!). Highly recommended.

This book introduces a good system for companies to be very successful.
As the book points out "making money" is what many business managers have on mind, but actually establishing a correct and clear vision is a very important factor.
This concept makes me think many government officials don't have a proper vision, so the government failed to run the country properly.
I think lots concepts in this book are very important for business, such as:
Always help your team reach its full potential.
"Be generous and hearty in your approbation and praise."
This is an excellent book for managers, everyone, or even all government employees!

Claiming a potential 100% increase in a business's profits, Ziad Y. Khoury does well in his approach to inspire business to drive themselves further. "Frontline Profit Machine" is worth considering for any business that could do better.
