Great for kids AND adults! May 25, 2008

This video is great fun for my kids (7 and 5) AND myself. It includes exercises that I remember doing as a child such as toe touches, push up, marching in place, sit ups, torso twists, arm circles, and jumping jacks. The pace is just right, but if you're not used to the routine or exercises (such as sit ups) you may have difficulty at the beginning.
