1 out of 5 stars terrible product!   October 5, 2009

When I ordered this guitar I saw all the bad reviews for it, and hoped that the few good reviews were correct.... The only reason I bought this guitar was for the Beatles Rockband (I have guitar hero guitars and did not think they would work.) The guitar would not connect correctly and some of the buttons did not register at all. The guitar looks and feels cheaply made. The strum bar is very loud, and so are the fret buttons. I do NOT recommend purchasing this item at all! After I realized that it did not work I tried using my Guitar Hero World Tour controller and it worked just fine.

1 out of 5 stars As poor as they come...   July 31, 2009

My wife got me one for my b-day; they sent 2.... on the first one I tried, the whammy bar was non-responsive. On the second one, the strap button was broken upon taking it out of the box and up-strumming does not work. These guitars are made of the poorest materials and look like they were put together by a 4-year old.

Definately not worth 1/2 of what the price is. Stay away from this product and anything that this company produces if this is a sign of their quality, workmanship and customer service. My worst experience ever with a product I've gotten from Amazon.

1 out of 5 stars No good.   July 8, 2009

These things are way too expensive for what they are actually worth. The strum doesn't even work half the time. There weren't any instructions, screws for the battery cover were missing, and a piece of the side was broken. I had them for about a week and I returned them.

It's a cool idea but this guitar fell flat... flat in the box and back to Amazon.

1 out of 5 stars Too many problems   May 5, 2009

I bought this because it claimed to be compatible with both Rockband and Guitar Hero. For Guitar Hero, I found that the whammy bar didn't work which made the guitar very difficult to use battle mode, as one of the "attacks" requires rapped whammy usage to clear. The tilt sensor used to trigger overdrive for both Rockband and Guitar hero never functioned. I don't know if those problems were due to a defect in the guitar controller that I received or is a general problem, but in general I found the controller to be of questionable quality, for instance the strum bar is quite loose, when compared to either the Guitar Hero or the Rockband OEM controllers.
