Great Deal for the money! November 18, 2009 Raymond B. Semann Have worked in plastic molding operations in the past. Very well designed and produced product. Well worth the $19.95 The game is really 'icing on the cake"
Better than all the rest November 2, 2009 M. Smart (Philadelphia, PA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this wii zapper thinking that i probably wouldn't like the feel of it. At the same time I bought the wii perfect shot gun. I ended up liking the official zapper way more. It is more comfortable to hold and shoot. As for the game...I figured it would be cheesy and I would only play it for about 20 minutes before getting bored. I was definitely wrong! My boyfriend and I are in serious competition. I recommend this game and this zapper! Simply the best.
wii games October 28, 2009 Chipbuilder1 (Mesa, Az United States) This is a great game if you like target shooting. Just be sure you are siting within 15' of the sensor or you won't get very good accuracy!
Links & Zapper Gun...worth the purchase October 26, 2009 Angela D. Thompson (Kansas City, MO) The zapper gun...I could live without it. Links Wii game that comes included, is pretty fun. The two of them together for $20, a good bargain. We have had fun playing the game and my 5 year old LOVES the zapper....my husband I don't really care for it. So, since the kid really likes it, it gets 4 stars!
It's not accurate like the old NES Light Gun. October 21, 2009 C. Xiao (United States) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The accuracy is terrible. The problem isn't the game, but the Wii System itself. The wand is a crude accelerometer, not a position in space device.
In other words, when you move your zapper + remote around, it's moving the crosshairs as if it were a mouse cursor, not placing the cursor exactly where the end of the zapper is pointing.
Game is not fun, if I wanted to play a mouse shooting game, I'd have a better time playing it on the PC.
If you want a real shooting game, go dig up a cathode ray tube TV, an 8 bit NES + original zapper and the Duck Hunt game.
