I need all the help I can get to do computer-related things, and this is a great reference book for, not only "dummies" like myself, but geeks as well. More than worth the price, and I'd highly recommend it.

Finally a book that I can understand and that can help me with what I'm trying to do using the Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 program. It was a good investment for me.

2 out of 5 stars More like Leap by Leap   July 8, 2009

Reading the instructions for the Word portion was like decipering how to put together what looks like a simple toy that was made in a foreign land. The instructions are poorly written unless you know the language from which they were translated. There are better, simplier books made for dummies like me.
