I have used my scale a lot since I received it and am very pleased. It is small so it does not take up what little counter space I have and it keeps my in line with my diet regimen. I would recommend this product to anyone that is in the market for a food scale.

I bought the scale a few months ago. The glass platform did shake a little bit when you put food on it, as somebody else said here. But I put a piece of paper towel on the metal stick before I put the glass plate on it. It does not shake at all anymore and measures as accurate.
Also I was stupid enough to rinse the whole scale under running water the other day. The scale got wet inside and would not turn on. Then I unscrewed all the screws, opened the top and just let it dry overnight. It worked again next morning and measured as accurate at it did before it got wet! (I have a bowl which weight exactly 94 g. I use the bowl to calibrate all the scales I used :)). So I can for sure recommend this product - it is very stylish and durable!

I did not receive the glass plate that makes the scale functional. Amazon basically said "Tough Luck". Basically they say that ordering from this company is a crap shoot and the onus is on you By making the customer go through the hassle of returning the item rather then making things right, they hope you'll give up. That way Amazon and Wintime Scales both make money. It's the worst experience I have ever had with Amazon.
