Works great, does not have a switch to change fan settings like in the picture (and it says it does on the box). Works great very happy with it.

Power supply burned out in 1.5 months of use. Amazon will not take it back because it passed their 30 days period so I'm working with the manufacturer(1 year warranty) to get it replaced. Buy at your own risk.

This power supply was dead right out of the box. What company doesn't test it's products before selling them?

I purchased this power supply through Amazon marketplace, largely because of the price and user reviews. When I installed, it the PC wouldn't boot because the 16 pin ground wire was missing. I returned it; when the replacement showed up it had the same defect. I cannot express how much I hate this product, except to warn you that if you buy it, you are a sucker.
One star, only since Amazon will not allow me to give zero.
