It doesn't work November 10, 2009 Ivan Tamayo (Cali, Colombia) I hate to do bad reviews, but I bought it as a present, and It didn't work.
Don't Buy this! October 14, 2009 *o Nina o* (SE Michigan) My Mother had gotten this for Christmas last year. I helped her by putting her pictures on it. It was ok.
I purchased one recently for my husband as a birthday gift. I couldn't get my computer to recognize the software. I tried another computer...still didn't work. I gave up. I looked at other feedback and saw that others have had this problem.
I do not recommend buying this keychain. Save your money.
great product! September 28, 2009 S. Lahiri (STL, Missouri) Gifted this to my husband and he is thrilled to now have pictures to see and show at the tip of his fingers! Very stylish product and easy to upload images. A good gift!
It only worked 2 weeks and I had to throw to garbage September 23, 2009 Marcelo Caceres Pino (Chile) The product only worked 2 weeks, and stop working.
It never turn on again.
I bought from outside USA, so I had to throw it to garbage.
But, it didnt was a big problem, because the image quality is really bad, so I wasn't even looking the photos.
Worst product ever!
Great for the price September 19, 2009 SMXSteve (Seattle) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
For $11 you can't expect much but this is great. It may not be hi-def but the pictures are very clear.
In regards to getting it to work. At first it didn't work for me. I plugged it in, installed the software and it said something about not finding a photoviewer. I thought, what the frick it is connected. So I figured like everyone else it doesn't work. But after it charged and I plugged it back in I noticed the little menu on the photoviewer itself with two options: Charge and Update. It needs to be in USB Update mode. Then XP finds it and it works like a charm! I think when you first get it it goes right into charge mode. The little manual says it needs to be charged first.
It is a drag that you can't just drag photos onto it (sorry about that) and you have to use their software. But there is good reason. The viewer display size is different from what my camera takes so the entire picture does not show in the photoviewer display. There are editing features (limited) in the software so that you can select part of the picture that will fit in the photoviewer display. There is also a rotate feature.
For the limited software and sizing issue I rate it a 2, for its size and what it does for $11 I give a 5. So overall I think it is worth 4 stars.
