At any price this is the best indoor antenna I've had. And it doesn't require a power outlet and a transformer, and it's the cheapest I've seen. I get several more channels than my other active antenna. I just ordered two more.

Well, the antenna does get better reception than the whip, and it is so cheap.

Using this mounted on my skylight (which is where I've had my previous ones) I receive full signal on all local HDTV stations, even without both antennae fully extended. It receives the channels much better than my more expensive previous one. I would definitely recommend this antenna to anyone using over the air signals. Full signal, no freezing or drop outs.

for the first 2 weeks it worked great, but from re positioning & moving the antenna around the little cable wire gets in knots then breaks. must be handled like glass
Basic performance for a basic price August 25, 2009

I live in the "fringe" area and that antenna is NOT the one.
But, it pulls in one station and that's all I need for my little "experiment". So, for the price, I got exactly what I paid for!
It sits on top of a tall bookcase, so you can barely see it - and that's GOOD!
