Good ram works well in lenovo thinkpad t60 November 6, 2009 Sdot (NY) Went on the crucial website and they recommended this ram after using their scanner. So far their site has yet to give me a wrong part for my computer and it has always worked very well in my computers. If you do not have much memory (1GB or less these days) and this ram fits in your laptop you should definitely get it because it sped up my computer slightly, led to a lot less crashing in my programs, and is probably the cheapest well known brand (kingston was cheaper by a dollar or 2 but I have yet to be steered wrong by crucial and wanted to play it safe).
NETBOOK OWNERS! THIS IS THE RAM UPGRADE YOU NEED November 5, 2009 S. Wong uneducated customers shouldn't do reviews... They scare away others... Horrifying to see a misinformed customer giving bad information to others... If you don't have a clue... *SHHHHH
I've installed this on my own as well as several of my friend's netbooks... ASUS, Samsung, Acer, etc. Not once did i get a memory dump, BSOD, or errors with the RAM... This RAM WORKS.
Yes this is the 667Mhz ram. Yes the 800Mhz ram is faster... but the performance difference isn't a big one... AND its only a speed difference! Your laptop isn't going to fail all of a sudden because its the "wrong ram"... unless you got a bad stick of ram, or you're an idiot who snapped the ram installing it...
Contact AMAZON, or CRUCIAL for a RMA if its a bad one. Slap yourself if you broke it by accident.....
But yeah... This stick of ram works fine in your netbook. Stop panicking. Just add to cart and checkout. If it really bothers you, and you'll sleep better at night, get it the 800mhz one... its only 6-7 dollars difference...
If you really wanted a fast laptop... you really shouldn't be buying a netbook...
Max Your Memory November 4, 2009 RnRJim (San Diego, CA) You can't have too much memory...always max it. Always make sure you order the correct memory. Worked right out of the box.
Exactly as advertised November 3, 2009 Steviecj What can I say, other than the product performs exactly as it is supposed to do. I wish everything worked as well.
Netbook upgrade November 2, 2009 Stoney (Illinois, USA) I upgraded my Asus Eee PC 1005HA from 1GB to 2GB with this SODIMM for use with Windows 7 Ultimate. It works fine.
