Ok, well it was what i expected, i got 3 spiral 12o page notebooks. just be aware that the pages do not have a tear perferation. so i your teachers dont like "messy edges" then these probaly arent good for you otherwise, great product

These are a fraction of the cost of others, but when you get them you see why: the wire is thin and the covers are *very* soft and cheap; I don't imagine the covers offering protection for very long. Still a good value if you don't need standard quality covers and binding though.

I ordered all my son's school supplies on line, via Amazon. This is just as described - a spiral bound note book with 3 subject option inside. I will say, that the stuff did not arrive in 2 days (more like 3-4) but it was a ridiculously busy time of year and my local staples runs out of everything at the same time. Next time I'll order before Labor Day and everything should go more smoothly, but Amazon's stationery is well priced and well packaged, arriving safely and in good condition.

I expect better quality from Mead. This notebook's cover pages and spiral binding is weak and flimsy. I bought these from Amazon and Fivestar notebooks from another store. The Fivestar product is much more durable for being carried around in a book bag and moved in and out of lockers all day. I can imagine the quality of this Mead 3 subject notebook will not fair well under such use. The Mead products that I saw in the store were of similar if not better quality than the Fivestar. However these are not, this must be the Mead budget or recycled line. Also, the Fivestar 3 subject notebook has 150 pages (which was required on our supply list) compared to the 120 pages with Mead.

I didnt read the discription close enough. I thought I was getting 3 different notebooks but it's one notebook with 3 sections. Still good binder, cant go wrong with Mead.
