Amazing flash drive!!! October 8, 2009 P.C. (St. Louis, MO) Pros: Cheap, ultra-reliable flash drive. Fast transfer speeds.
Cons: High cost/GB.
Comments: I got this flash drive for free from a store discount coupled with a ten dollar credit for using Google Checkout. $14.99 seems high for this model but you should be able to find it cheaper elsewhere. As far as the quality goes, this is the best flash drive I have ever owned (And I've owned a LOT). I left it in my pants pocket and ran it through the washer and dryer and it still works like it's brand new. I highly recommend this flash drive for any important files you need to back up.
Kingston DataTraveler 1GB September 1, 2009 A. Phan I bought this to use for college and it was really good. I used this for almost a year now and it was really helpful during college.
Great drive, a bit bulky and slow August 13, 2009 Aaron Reihl (Illinois) Great little drive, but as noted in the title, the transfer rates are a bit slow. I got this free with 50 pepsi points, and it's amazing how I paid $50 for a GB in 2005 while I got this free for drinking a few cases of pop.
Great flash drive -it worked for 2 years- July 6, 2009 Jose Calderon (Doral, FL USA) It is perfect because it is just plug and play - I dont like those flash drives with a software-
I bougth a bunch of these a couple years ago and most of them still working. A couple of them last one year and a half to 2 years, but no problem since nowadays 1 GB is too small storage size.
Kingston Data Traveler June 27, 2009 C. Cooper (Homosassa, FL USA) Needed a 1 gb unit to store designs for my embroidery machine, as it will only read 1 gb or less; getting hard to find these in stores. Performs as it should.
