Great BuyJanuary 19, 2008 We looked at all our local retail stores and couldn't find this calculator. Other calculators focus on finance and higher level math but not Real Estate features. This calculator had all the features we wanted at a price that saved us money.

I ordered the calculator but it was never delivered. I was then sent a revised bill for a return charge from Amazon. I challenged the charge and was given a full refund. I do not have the calculator.
