Product Description This right angled SATA cable features a standard (straight) male Serial ATA connector as well as a right-angled (male) SATA connector, providing a simple 18in connection to a Serial ATA drive even if space near the drive's SATA port is limited.Once the right-angled SATA connector has been inserted into the drive's SATA data port, the shaft of the cable is seated flush with the rear panel of the drive, eliminating the clutter of excess cable at the connection point - an ideal solution for small or micro form factor computer cases. The right angled SATA cable features a thin, narrow construction that helps to improve airflow within the computer case; the cable also features a rugged, yet flexible design that makes it easy to make the SATA connection as needed. As an alternative, also offers an 18in Left Angle SATA cable (SATA18LA1), which offers the same simple installation as this right angled SATA cable, but allows the cable to be connected to the SATA drive from the opposite direction.

What went wrong? November 11, 2009 Shaun Vacekonis I ordered the L cable, and got a straight cable, either no one is paying any attention to the shipping, or they need to stop false advertising the L cables, when they are really selling a straight, oh and by the way, the cable was broken by the time i got it!! i do fully expect my money back! with shiping!
Great Cables, shipping bad.. November 3, 2009 Sealbee (Nebraska, United States) The cables are great, the 90 degree angle allows them to fit in my case better. My HDD mounts with the back toward the door so having the cable angle down keeps it out of the way of my door.
The shipping was terrible. I ordered these from Amazon because of normally fast shipping. When I ordered them, the delivery date was 10 days away. I got other cables since that was too far away from when I needed them. They were delivered in 14 days. I could have walked them here from where they were shipped. Maybe they did...
Sata Cable, easy to use. November 2, 2009 Joel Heckman (The Villages, FL USA) I've typically not used SATA cables in the past, mostly owning the older parallel cable type, with jumpers to set and figure out. This was very straight forward, although you do have to look at the alignment at the end of the connector to plug it in correctly. Other than that, it went fine. Powered up and recognized the drive right away. I'm satisfied.
It works. September 27, 2009 MDF (San Francisco, CA USA) What can I say? It's a cable. Bought it for use with a new hard drive. As of the posting of this review, it's been working fine for a month now.
Great purchase! September 12, 2009 Demiko Dracket Using this cable to connect a media drive to my motherboard. Works as it should with no problems.
