Highly Reccommend. October 18, 2009 LKB77soldierswife Wonderful Resource! As a wife who is very new to the whole military lifestyle, I found this most helpful. From suggestions regarding PCS (permanent Change of Station/ moves), to understanding military benefits and the money aspects, I think it is great! For those of us who research because we like to "be-in-the-know," this will greatly aid you.
Excellent Read July 14, 2009 Mommy Times Three (Grand Rapids, MI) When my husband first joined the Air Force I purchased 5 books on "being married to the military". I wanted to know what he was getting me into (he is a military brat) and what to expect. I was looking for information, tips, knowledge and support. All the books I read seemed to focus on Marines, Navy and Army. That really didn't help me out to much. However, Today's Military Wife takes a look and explains it all on all branches even the reserves. It is thourough, easy to read and full of great information.
A Must Have June 30, 2009 JR BAG Lay (US ARMY) A must have for any military spouse (not just wives any more!)
Very easy to understand and an easy read to learning different aspects of military life. Lots of information and sources to lead you in the right direction for almost any situation that can occur. I would say this is a great book for those new to the military and those who have been in the military life-style for a while! LOVE it!
Fantastic! May 9, 2009 Kenneth Peek My purchasing experience was great! I got my book within a week from purchase and there were absolutely no hassles and the price was right! Thanks!
Great Shower Gift! March 20, 2009 Just Passing By (Florida) I have included this book in bridal shower gift baskets to friends who married military personnel. It's always well-received and seems to be the one gift they specifically remember and thank me again for! It has EVERYTHING on the lifestyle -moving, deployment, benefits, even which colleges give spouses in-state tuition. If you have a friend going into the service, this is a book for them!
