Product Description CMOS Digital Integrated Circuits: Analysis and Design is the most complete book on the market for CMOS circuits. Appropriate for electrical engineering and computer science, this book starts with CMOS processing, and then covers MOS transistor models, basic CMOS gates, interconnect effects, dynamic circuits, memory circuits, BiCMOS circuits, I/O circuits, VLSI design methodologies, low-power design techniques, design for manufacturability and design for testability. This book provides rigorous treatment of basic design concepts with detailed examples. It typically addresses both the computer-aided analysis issues and the design issues for most of the circuit examples. Numerous SPICE simulation results are also provided for illustration of basic concepts. Through rigorous analysis of CMOS circuits in this text, students will be able to learn the fundamentals of CMOS VLSI design, which is the driving force behind the development of advanced computer hardware.

Best CMOS October 21, 2008 It's really an excellent book, analysis and design of CMOS digital ICs are covered into detail, and theoritical considerations are complete ... mathematical description is detailed and analysis is done into details too. Excellent graphics and layout(but no colors). Th only thing is that th price is really too high .... maybe it is worth that it was a color graphic book at this point, looking at this exaggerating price.... Last thing the book is 655 pages and not 1002 pg. Although it's an excellent textbook for anyone interested in th field of Digital CMOS design
Good Book July 14, 2008 This is a good book for CMOS Introduction. Easy to follow and not so thick. CMOS Digital Integrated Circuits Analysis & Design
My favorite textbook August 28, 2003 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is my favorite microelectronics textbook. (Out of the 5 or six that I've read.) It is very simple and straightforward material. When I need a microelectronics reference, this is the first book I look at. The one improvement I would like to see is a better chapter written about SPICE modeling.
Great Book ! December 7, 2002 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
No other book gives a more effective treatment of the subject. A thorough explanation of the basics followed by a stepwise approach towards advanced topics. Thanks Kang and Leblebici for coming up with such a great book.
good book November 1, 2002 This book introduces CMOS digital IC at a introductory graduate level; good reference for Electrical Engineers in the memory business.
