well i had to have the book right away so i paid a fortune for the book to get there next day. good thing was that it in fact arrived when it was supposed to. great condition, still in wrapper, and speedy delivery. thanks

It was posted as a completed book, with cd-rom's and data disks, and it turned out that it did not have no cd-rom's or data disks and it had all the work pages ripped of also( pages that are mandatory in this class). When I contacted the seller it was very short and they replyed that I can return the book, pay the shipping, again, and they will take back!
By the time I would it be done I would it lost $8.00 dollars in shipping and no book!
So be aware, false postings and defenetelly incomplete orders, and no help form the seller or cooperation!!!

I bought this book thinking that I was getting a wonderful deal. It stated in the description that it would have all the cd's and software that was untouched. The Cd's were untouched but the exercises in the back of the book were ripped out which was not indicated. Now I have to re-buy this book for pages that were ripped out and was not mentioned in the description.
