Product Description
Inside these lavishly tooled pages Top Gear fans will find loads of nonsense about Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May; including Clarkson’s not-awaited fitness DVD, how to get Hammond to open a new supermarket, and James’s bizarre new sideline in satellite-navigation systems. Plus, in-depth information from the TV show includes a unique insight into the special clothes worn by the hosts, a behind-the-scenes look at what the guest stars get up to off camera, and some rejected ideas for one of Top Gear’s most famous tests. Also included are masses of cartoons, car trivia, and a frankly ill-considered puzzle page.

If you love Top gear and are looking for fun mostly pointless facts and typical Top Gear humor this book is for you...
Irreverent Fun, Just Like The TV Show January 4, 2010 N. Leali 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I'm a big fan of the British TV program and received this book as a gift. Admittedly, I love the irreverent and sometimes low-brow humor and characters of the show, and the book is more of the same. From the sections on the cars the presenters love to their mock interviews of one another and the ridiculous looks at how Top Gear would be made up in different countries, the book makes you laugh and doesn't take itself seriously. A great companion to anyone who is a fan of the show, or just if you like to laugh!
