Glorious for any Sooner fan. Jim Fletcher really did his homework for this one. Fun book and a "must add" to you collection. I give it 6 out of 5 stars!! :)BOOMER!!

I purchased this book for the five OU die-hard fans in my family. My fourteen year old Grandson was the first to receive his. When his Great-Uncle saw it, he was wanting to take it with him on his trip to Miami to watch OU in the Champsionship game. Great-Uncle received his the next day. He had it read in a couple of day. Grandpa read his the first night. The next two went to Great-Aunts. The first to open hers was going to put it up to save. The last to open her present wasn't sure that she was also getting a copy. She kept pulling little junk stuff out of her box and then there it was the "BOOK". She cried!!! This Great-Aunt showed it to her two sons, told them that they could look at it, but no one was to read it until she had. It was the most fun I have had giving gifts.

I bought this book with Echoes of Oklahoma Football: The Greatest Stories Ever Told and have spent hours reading the stories, interviews, facts and figures. There are some great pictures of the team, players and coaches that have been part of the long and storied history of Oklahoma Sooner Football. If you are a fan, or know a fan of the Sooners, then you should buy this book and you will not regret it.

Glad the Sooners finally have a book out. Now all you boys'll have something to read besides the funny papers. And I know the profs in Norman are happy that they finally got a textbook for all ya'll. Course it's gonna overwork the poor ol' remedial English teachers trying to get you fellas up to speed now. Hope it has lots of pictures.

Buy this book if you love the Sooners or have a Sooner fan in the family. They will love you for it. Very detailed. A bit bulky, but still a book that you can lounge with. Also, look at UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA FOOTBALL: An Interactive Guide to the World of Sports (Sports By the Numbers) if you want a great OU book with trivia, facts, and stats.
