Speedy Service November 10, 2009 K. Holtz 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I got my book, and it was in perfect condition, and arrived very quickly. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
where the cholesterol??? November 3, 2009 Antonio Bell (United States) I wanted to use this book, but the book does not show cholesterol and trans fat tables in the list of foods. I feel these table are important for health and should have been included. Why lose weight and have High cholesterol and high trans fat.
calorie counter November 2, 2009 JaneAusten (Mpls, MN) This counter is okay, but it is not the most user-friendly as it takes quite a bit of page turning to find the correct food category.
Calorie Counter August 27, 2009 Gingham Mom Guide is good for most foods. I've been trying to count calories and lose weight. I wasn't able to find the small sweet treats I allow myself though. Peppermint candies or chocolate kisses were not listed. No candy was listed. If I can do well all day I like to reward myself with a small treat. One peppermint is no more than 20 calories. They should be listed.
Another Great Powerful Tool For Your Health. August 24, 2009 M. Schiller (Marietta, GA United States) This calorie counter includes many of the foods consumed by people every day....if you eat store bought brand name pre-packaged foods, this book will be a powerful tool for you!
