Great service August 25, 2009 Ashley I received my order in good time in exactly the condition described by the seller.
Not a Handbook February 11, 2009 B. Kidd The size of this book alone makes it so that it does not qualify for the title of "Handbook." It is a great book, and covers almost everything you need to know. It goes into the anatomy and physiology of an ailment, and then goes into what is happening and so on. Then it discusses pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic ways to treat the ailment. It is sectioned by body systems, such as respiratory ailments, which contain chapters on specific ailments. Sometimes it goes into too much detail, but overall it gives you a great understanding of the ailment and the options for self treatment.

An excellent resource for Pharmacy students, and for anyone else who desires an in-depth look at many of the over-the-counter drugs and treatments available these days. A very large book packed with information and pictures.
