APA/MLA cheat sheet September 14, 2009 T. Nelson (SF Bay Area, CA USA) This item arrived in a timely manner and is in excellent condition. I badly needed it as I am in school again and have forgotten most of what I knew about MLA. Great service and I would do business with the vendor again.
Don't waste money on this resource... July 6, 2009 Colleen Ruggieri (Canfield, Ohio) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I purchased this as a quick reference sheet for my high school classroom. Information on it is now available on numerous Web sites [...]. The content for MLA references is now outdated, since MLA has published a new edition. This is okay for the basics, but it is not for a writer who needs assistance in crafting intricate citation references.

This guide is relevant to the Old APA format. The New APA guidelines (6th edition) will be released in July 2009, so wait for the update DO NOT Purchase this. My professors are very aware of the upcoming changes which will include the research use of current technology.

As a social work grad student who needs to follow APA formatting rules for every paper, and there are a lot of them, I was hoping for a brief "cheat sheet" to use for those things I seem to always forget. Unfortunately, this particular item is not what I hoped for. The items presented for APA are of little use for my needs. Suspiciously absent are tips for citing and references. This would be a much better product, and far more useful tool, if it was devoted to APA only.
APA/MLA guidelines: For undergrads only! September 3, 2008 hkipod 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This sheet focuses on grammar and advice to ug researchers rather than the technical details of interest to writers for publication. Disappointing.
