If you want to change your lifesyle and be healthy buy this book November 17, 2009 C. Jensen (sav. MN) I have struggeld with my weight for about 3 years. I was not overweight but carried that extra weight around my midsection. Within months of dedicating myself to a clean lifestyle I lost 20 lbs and feel so much heathier. I do not need to nap and have much more energy. I have passed this book on to friends and they have had the same results. This is a lifestyle change not a diet so you have to be mentally prepared to get rid of all the junk food and dedicate time to cook. I encourage anyone looking to change to by this book and the Eat Clean Cookbook for extra recipies. Enjoy!!
Excellent Nutrition Information November 13, 2009 Shellie Wingate I'm a personal trainer and I bought this book to review as a recommendation for my clients. It was very easy to read with many pictures and several recipes. What I liked most about it was how Tosca dealt with portion sizes by measuring with your hands. Most people are turned off by having to weigh food. The information was basic, sound nutrition advice that anyone can follow. It is set up in a manner that you don't actually having to read it in any particular order, although I do recommend reading the entire book. However, if there is a particular topic that you are interested in and you want to read about that first, then you can go to that chapter and read about it without feeling like you are missing information. I will definitely be recommending it to clients.

I received the item exactly as listed. It was new, only a couple of pen marks in the book, but nothing big. I received the item on exactly the last day predicted. The seller was very easy to respond to email.

It's a lifestyle choice, not a diet! October 21, 2009 K. L. Teston (NM) I bought this book in June and have waited to write a review because I wanted to see if it worked and if I could totally cut out processed foods. I've changed my eating habits and found this book very helpful. She is very strict about clean foods and I am a little less strict as I put cream in my coffee and still use splenda. I've lost 20 lbs. since July 2009 and I feel so much better. My BMI went from 27 (obese) to 24 (normal) and I am still losing weight. I consider this a lifestyle choice not a diet. I never thought I could look this good again and I am in my 50's! This life style choice does require planning yet I have found it to be the easiest way to lose weight. I've learned to love vegetables, turkey, fish and I have a hard time eating anything that isn't clean. All of my friends are amazed at my transformation and I have bought them copies of this book. This is not a fad diet, this is something I can and will do the rest of my life.
