This is a great book for any family applying to private schools in LA. The process is overwhelming, but this book helps get you organized and started in the right direction. It goes through the process step-by-step with strategies and tips on what to do (or not do!) to give your child the best chance of getting into the school of choice.

I'm so glad I purchased this book-- it's informative, well written, easy to follow, and reassuring. I feel as if I have a sound guide to help me through this rather nerve wracking process. The authors have clearly done a lot of research on the subject, but it's written in a friendly accessible way, so it's easy to read. They give clear advice on what to do, and what Not to do! They even include Sample Test Questionnaires. A find.
