| Customer Reviews: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR SONOGRAPHERS November 3, 2009 Tracy (Burrillville,RI) I READ THIS BOOK FRONT TO BACK AND PASSED THE FETAL ECHO BOARDS!
IT COVERED EVERTHING ON THE TEST AND IT IS WRITTEN FROM A SONOGRAPHERS POINT OF VIEW! SO IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT OR PLANNING TO SIT FOR THE FETAL ECHO BOARDS, OR IF YOU JUST WANT TO IMPROVE YOUR FETAL ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY SKILLS THIS BOOK IS IT!
Excellent and concise review September 8, 2009 R. Patel (Chicago, IL) Book is excellent and an upgrade over the previous edition. More illustrations as well as the addition of color. Still relatively affordable price.
Helped me pass the boards January 13, 2007 Real Mom (Philadelphia, PA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Excellent book for abnormal fetal cardiac structural abnormalities. Does not cover much normal, though. Recommend Alfred Abu-hamad's book for that.
FETAL ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY July 23, 2004 mia (Lenoir City, TN) 15 out of 15 found this review helpful
This book is tremendous. I have read it completely for the first time and plan to go back to chapter one and start taking notes. I'm preparing for the new ARDMS fetal echo boards. I purchased another fetal echo book thinking it would be perfect because it cost 179.00 from amazon--well I was wrong this book is written by a sonographer for a sonographer. This book is an in depth approach that follows the heart from embryology to Double outlet right ventricle to arrythmias. I think this book will be a great addition to my personal library at work or home.
You won't be disappointed with this purchase!
The best fetal echo available September 6, 1998 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
The most complete and comprehensive book on fetal hearts I have read. An essential reference for anyone involved in fetal echocardiography.
