 Unacceptable condition for book October 3, 2009

I have used this textbook before. When I bought it from here, it was stated as 'like new.' When I received, it looked completely used. Someone wrote their name on the pages of the book and the binder was clearly damaged. I find it unacceptable that someone doesn't know how to describe their products.
