I CAN MAKE YOU SLEEP is a simple book with simple solutions to help you simply sleep.

Paul McKenna has spent more than 20 years researching insomnia and presents an easy to follow set of steps and clear, concise advice for resetting the body's sleep patterns. The book contains tips and exercises for encouraging natural rhythms of sleep.

However, I felt that the very best part was the hypnosis CD included with the text. McKenna has such a soothing voice that I fell asleep while listening to his other CD, I CAN MAKE YOU THIN! When I saw that he had this likely even more relaxing CD to help with deep, refreshing sleep I had to try it. I'm glad I did because it works.

He has a very straightforward approach to ending insomnia and his CD is incredibly soothing. I Loved it and I think you will too!

I happened to learn about this and bought the book and CD. I have not read the book yet, but listen to the CD before going to sleep. It really helps! It prevents me from lying awake and worrying at 3 am. If I do wake up, it is easier to go back to sleep. Thanks, Paul! I recommend this to everyone.

I still can't sleep without my sleep medication but the book and cd has helped the meds to the point where I am taking less. My doctor and myself are very pleased with the outcome

While written primarily for insomnia, this book offers a technique that has done wonders for my ability to get back to sleep after waking up. Before, when I woke up around 3 or 4 a.m. (a chronic older female problem), I would often lay awake for an hour or two. Using his 'theater stage' technique, I'm not sure why, but I normally fall right back to sleep and sleep through the night! I'm a believer - and have moved on to 'I Can Make You Thin'. Let's hope this one works as well!

What a wonderful refresher in all that helps one get the best sleep. Simple, truthful and basic, easy to adopt and quick results. I recommend it for all insomniacs or those with temporary sleep glitches due to life's 'stuff'.
